Corporate Sponsorship Promotion Policy May, 2010
This policy is set forth to provide potential corporate sponsors with specific expectations of promotional opportunities available through the Scituate Animal Shelter (“the Shelter”) in exchange for donations of cash or in-kind goods or services. It is the goal of the Scituate Animal Shelter to offer and manage sponsorships fairly and consistently within each sponsorship tier. Corporate Sponsorship promotion opportunities are separate from, and are not applicable to any events organized by the Scituate Animal Shelter.
The Scituate Animal Shelter reserves the right to decline Sponsorship offers because of unsuitability of the partnership as deemed by the Shelter. The Shelter may also decline promotional requests outside of current policy. Promotion requests outside of the current policy must be approved by the Board of Directors.
The Scituate Animal Shelter does not necessarily recommend or endorse any of its Corporate Sponsors; rather, we offer visibility within a community of friends and supporters via multiple communication vehicles.
The Scituate Animal Shelter will provide the following promotional opportunities to
Corporate Sponsors on a rolling 12-month basis unless otherwise noted
Platinum ($10,000 and up) Pack Leader/Partner
- Company name or logo on website Homepage for 3 months
- Company name, website link, contact info in "Sponsors" tab on website; for duration of sponsorship
- Special thanks in our newsletter that is distributed to over 5,400 households on the South Shore twice a year
- Special thanks in e-newsletter with link to sponsor's website; two editions
- Company name posting on highly visible property sign; twice per year located directly on Route 3A
- Display one piece of promotional literature at Shelter
- Oversized custom engraved brick in front walk
- Your own Corporate Appreciation Plaque to display
Gold ($2,500 to $9,999) Cat's Meow/Sponsor
- Company name, website link, contact info in "Sponsors" tab on website
- Special thanks in our newsletter that is distributed to over 5,400 households on the South Shore twice a year
- Special thanks in e-newsletter with link to sponsor's website; one edition
- Company name posting on highly visible property sign; once located directly on Route 3A
- Display one piece of promotional literature at Shelter

Silver ($1,000 to $2,499) Top Dog/Supporter
